Job Summary:
The CBS Page Program is a freelance opportunity beginning in February 2025, based at the CBS Broadcast Center in New York City. This role offers exposure to various departments, providing experience in audience management, guest coordination, researching stories, ingesting news, coordinating scripts, and supporting production tasks. Pages will also perform clerical duties and assist staff as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Manage audiences and act as Key Page and Fireguard for CBS and outside productions
• Log and assign producers on CBS News broadcast stories
• Coordinate transportation and manage guest arrivals and departures
• Schedule commercials during live CBS Sports Network broadcasts
• Assist high-level executives with administrative tasks
• Support union personnel on various productions
• Network with staff and crew across departments
Basic Qualifications:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in communications, production, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
