Job Summary:
The CBS Page Program offers a short-term three-week assignment, with a possible one-week extension, starting October 10th, 2024. This position involves assignments across various departments within the CBS Broadcast Center. Responsibilities include audience management, guest coordination, story research, and clerical duties. The role requires flexibility for overnight and weekend shifts based on client needs.
Responsibilities:
• Provide audience management and serve as Key Page and Fireguard for CBS and outside productions
• Log and assign producers to stories for CBS News broadcasts
• Coordinate transportation and manage guest arrival/departure
• Assist CBS Sports Network with scheduling commercials during live broadcasts
• Support high-level executives with administrative tasks
• Assist union personnel on productions
• Gain networking opportunities with staff and crew across departments
Basic Qualifications:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in communications, production, or related field
• Efficient, adaptable, and flexible
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge and passion for journalism, production, and entertainment
Salary:
