In this sales support role, you'll dive into the dynamic world of media and advertising, gaining hands-on experience and training for future growth. Collaborate with diverse internal teams and develop a deep understanding of the Advertising and Media industries, including cutting-edge digital and streaming workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Sales, Inventory, Account and Traffic specialists to ensure the seamless execution of advertising and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Client Order Management: Handle client order entry and project management, coordinating with internal departments to guarantee client satisfaction and timely delivery for omni-channel strategies.
• Campaign Monitoring: Track and report on campaign impressions regularly, collaborating with various departments to make necessary adjustments for optimal delivery and billing.
• Issue Resolution: Generate and analyze reports to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to campaigns and creative content.
• Financial Coordination: Partner with Billing and Finance teams to clear discrepancies and ensure accurate revenue recognition at the end of campaigns.
• Digital and Streaming Workflow Integration: Assist in the integration and management of digital and streaming advertising workflows, ensuring campaigns are optimized for various digital platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required to interface across multiple levels and groups
• The ability to understand and work with numbers, including basic arithmetic and more advanced algebraic concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Acute attention to detail and responsible work ethic
• Highly motivated self-starter and exceptional team player, with a strong ability to rapidly learn and adapt to evolving industry and organizational environments
• Desire and interest to work in advertising sales across media & entertainment platforms
• Previous experience in media sales or advertising is a plus
• Familiarity with digital and streaming advertising platforms and workflows
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $55,000.00 - 55,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
