Maintenance Technician

Maintenance/IT Technician- Dallas/Fort Worth

The ideal candidate will provide Maintenance and IT services at our studio facility. This position maintains, updates and repairs systems and equipment used for broadcasting, streaming, and business operations. This position is a member of a 24x7x365 support team that maintains critical broadcast operations.

Successful candidate should have:

• A minimun of 2 years Broadcast Engineering background and “hands on” knowledge of audio, video, graphics, PC / Server and IT network systems.

• Excellent ability to implement, monitor and manage the local and wide area networks of the business.

• Demonstrated experience in broadcast related IT systems.

• Experience with remote desktop applications and VPN.

• Design and install well-functioning LAN segments, connections.

• SBE CBNE or Cisco CCNP certifications a plus.

• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Other Duties as required.

• Willing to work a flexible schedule when needed.

This position is based in Fort Worth working together with other CBS Stations.
