We are looking for a new team member who will help produce engaging segments, shows and pilots in a major production support role. In this position, you play a critical role in working with producers at all stages of production – including, but not limited to research, interviews, logistical support, post production support and coordination.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Research, screen archival material and project management as directed by producers
- Communicate and coordinate logistics for multiple projects simultaneously
- Post production support: fact checking, assisting in scripting process
- Complete media management and organizational tasks associated with production
QUALIFICATIONS:
What you bring to the team:
You have -
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, film or TV
- Minimum 3 years working in a newsroom environment
- Strong research competence
- Ability to work independently and remain deadline-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while balancing multiple projects
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and communication skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or Avid
