CBS Philadelphia is looking for an Associate Digital Line producer (ADLP) to work on our local live streaming network! The person will work individually at times and alongside Digital Line Producers (DLP's) to create, manage and optimize programming on our 24/7/465 streaming network on mobile, desktop and OTT platforms. This role requires strong writing, teamwork and relies heavily on excellent communication between people in front of you and on email/communication platforms.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, deal with strict deadlines and react to breaking news with smart programming and creative storytelling

• Exercise editorial judgment in selection of content

• Write copy for anchor and reporter voices for live segments/readers as well as writing for feature and news packages

• Research and write questions for anchors for guest segments

• Write banners and quotes during breaking news

• Helping to Code/stack rundown content with regard to video, graphics, scripts and other elements.

• Helping to coordinate with the Digital Line Producer during live news programs and press conferences

• Available early mornings, overnights, weekends and holidays, as we are a 24-hour streaming service

Basic Qualifications:

• Recent college grad with 1 years of experience preferred

• Writing end editing experience

• Experience with building show rundowns

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with Crispin and iNews a big plus

• Knowledge of social media and the competitive digital news environment

• Familiarity with Avid editing systems and ENPS and iNews

• Understanding of SEO
