Job Description:
The Admin Intern supports the day-to-day administrative functions of our organization. This role will assist with research, coordination, outreach, and maintaining organized records. Ideal for someone detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to support a mission-driven team, this internship offers exposure to nonprofit operations and behind-the-scenes work that keeps our projects running smoothly.
Key Responsibilites:
Assist with researching and tracking grant opportunities
Support administrative coordination for programs, meetings, and outreach
Maintain organized records in Notion and Google Drive
Help manage logistics and communication for our youth/advisory board efforts
Conduct general research to support ongoing projects or team needs
Assist with email and outreach tracking and documentation
Provide flexible support on miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Familiarity with Notion and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
Comfortable conducting online research and summarizing findings
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage and keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines
Interest in nonprofit work, youth initiatives, or social impact
Willingness to adapt and take on a variety of admin tasks as needed
Dependable and responsive in a collaborative team setting
Comfortable working in a startup or mission-driven environment
This is for School Credit only. Must be in school or graduated within the last 3 months.
