Catalina's Development Coordinator manages the scheduling for both the SVP of Development and the President. Scheduling accounts is approximately 50% of the position, the rest of the time is spent contributing to the creative of our projects in development i.e. Assisting with casting/editing, writing/designing pitch decks, and helping flesh out existing/new concepts. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings with networks and talent for both the SVP of Development and the President
- Cutdown and Edit talent reels
- Maintain network executive lists, development grids, talent casting grids, and website
- Compile and reach out to casting submissions
- Help develop show concepts
- Maintain talent holding agreement expiration dates on the team calendar
- Work on special projects as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Software Requirements:
- Microsoft Office Suite (we use TEAMS, Outlook and MS Office Suite)
- Google Drive, Sheets, Docs
- Box
- Is proficient in basic video editing for basic string outs, and basic graphic design for pitch decks (InDesign, Powerpoint, Google Slides or similar)
Qualifications:
- 1 year of assistance experience in development or production
- Unscripted television experience preferred
- Has strong interest in unscripted, encouraged to pitch ideas to the team and help develop existing projects.
- Ability to work daily and/or weekend overtime on as-needed basis, with short-notice.
Working Pacific Time zone hours of 9am - 6pm; however, we do have offices on the East Coast with operating hours from 9am - 6pm EST so must be available at various times as needed.
