Job Duties:
Manage & allocate resources across all levels of Los Angeles team
Establish and manage operational processes and administrative functions to optimize efficiency
Manage day-to-day team communication & task assignment/prioritization
Track project successes and failures and lead regular project reviews with team
Identify gaps or discrepancies in team workflow and implement strategy accordingly
Qualifications:
Detail-oriented, tech-savvy and extremely well-organized
Able to work in office 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
Adaptable with ability to respond to changing priorities/needs with a sense of urgency
Passion for growing teams and working with individuals
Strong working knowledge of project management tracking tools
