Our Product Adoption Specialists are focused on helping ensure our clients' success with Cast & Crew's new product offerings through proactive client communication, driving consistent use of our products and provide solutions to business pain points. Our Product Adoption Specialists strive to enable clients to get the most value through deep product knowledge and subject matter expertise.
Description:
The Product Adoption Specialist can expect to build deep understanding of the end to end production process and software used between our studio clients and their productions to share and promote with clients adopting our suite of products. This role will partner with other key members in the Sales & Marketing teams as the key product advocate responsible for articulating technology and product positioning to both business and technical users, as well as work collaboratively with Product Management to better understand and react to product feedback, current market trends and competitive market. The ideal candidate is solution oriented and has domain expertise in the entertainment industry with experience in facilitating adoption of industry-leading software solutions. This role does require any specific adoption targets to be met, as both client retention and growth is the overall goal.
Responsibilities include:
Understands and effectively delivers presentations and demonstrates new products, focused on features and benefits, and can effectively describe the process and value-added benefits of the product through the Studio / production lens
Works closely with customers to understand their organizational pain points and link product features and benefits to customer's needs to help promote adoption and sales
Assist Studio clients and productions with adoption, bridge knowledge gaps, and uncover value creation opportunities
Acts as an advocate for clients through the onboarding process and throughout launch and post-launch
Represents Cast & Crew to our customers through regular, positive and professional communication
Maintains regular cadence with account management to communicate insights (positive/negative) that could impact the overall client relationship and retention effort
Communicates emerging product trends within the client base to the product management team
Participates in Go-to-Market initiatives and promote new product and features to Cast & Crew clients
Develops metrics needs and requirements and concisely report sales, opportunities and product adoption to support business cases; Manages and responds to product usage metrics and trends
Develops case studies on client adoption
Proactively drives adoption/sales process for products
Consistently meets deadlines
Requirements
5+ years of Entertainment Industry Experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks and bring different personalities together toward a common goal
Prior experience with payroll products preferred
Prior experience working in the entertainment industry preferred
Ability to travel
Bachelor's degree required
