Project Managers are expected to manage all aspects of the projects that you are assigned. As Project Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day delivery of client deliverables. As Project Manager you are to guide and execute projects through planning, strategic, creative and development phases. As Project Manager you work closely with the team to insure that all deliverables remain on target, in budget, and on time. It is imperative that you are knowledgeable in what the client wants, exactly who your client is and what Cashmere Agency is contracted to deliver. Job will require dedication outside of office hours.
As Project Manager, you must be up-to-date on today's social media tools and be active and well versed on social networking sites. You are also responsible for the successful management of the Social Network Pages (SNP's)/social channel activities for each of the projects you are managing. This means properly displaying messaging free of grammatical errors and with accurate links. This also includes SNP's/Social networks, but is not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Vine, Myspace, YouTube, LinkedIn, Flickr, etc. You are expected to maintain a high level of confidentiality. You will also be responsible for interacting with clients, partner agencies and internal team members as well as the below:
Lead development of an ongoing communication strategy and publishing calendar/timeline based on you identifying marketing objectives
Knowledge of all client brand guidelines (legal, privacy, content, etc.) and ensure that all guidelines are adhered to
Define opportunities for brand integration on and offline
Communicate frequently with brand and partner agencies
Manage client requests and exceed expectations
Generate brand community dialogue, buzz and interaction using SNPs
Extensive understanding of and experience with a breadth of social media platforms, tools and techniques from both brand and user point of view
Proficiency in working with, organizing and optimizing platforms through use of native platform functionality
Knowledge of both successful and unsuccessful social media campaigns and the reasons around that success or lack thereof
Experience managing social media campaigns for varying lengths of time and for various types of clients
Experience managing ongoing social communities built around shared interests or affinities
Demonstrated ability to form and maintain relationships through social media
Experience using social media as an outlet for brand management
Knowledge of traditional marketing strategies, goals and objectives
Extensive knowledge of digital marketing methods
Knowledge of web production, specifically as it applies to social media platforms, tools and technologies
Curious and creative mind
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Solution-oriented, highly motivated and proactive self-starter
Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information
Ability to anticipate and prevent problems and present solutions
Macro-to-micro versatility: strategic mindset coupled with a keen attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple project assignments within tight deadlines and see a project through from start to finish with minimal guidance
Experience interacting with diverse personalities in a fast-paced creative environment
Ability to create great working relationships with all levels within the company and across multiple disciplines
Able to ideate and sell in social ideas
Requirements: Looking for a bright, articulate, self-starter who can take initiative and bring new ideas to the table. Must be professional, efficient, detail oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree required and 2-3 years experience. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and presentation tools and skills.
