Youtube Channel Coordinator - 18 Month Ftc
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic YouTube Channel Coordinator to join the EMEA Kids team to manage some of our most loved Cartoon Network YouTube channels in English language.
You will be responsible for executing the designed strategy while managing assets, doing uploads, and scheduling videos. Regular calendar assessment and optimisation, channel optimisation, analytic reports and assets request and tracking will be also part of your routine. You may be also expected to review and approve clips, compilations, thumbnails and metadata when needed.
Working closely with other members of the Digital and Marketing teams, this role requires strong knowledge of YouTube content consumption within young audiences and best practices, experience executing strategies to grow channels, project management and producing regular data analysis from the platform.
This role is well suited to a highly organised and results oriented professional passionate about YouTube and our Cartoon Network brands.
You will join a very focused and dynamic team with a friendly yet accountable approach to our brands, with ambitions to grow our Digital presence and capture new audiences while maintaining our existing fans engaged and interested.
Your Key Accountabilities
• Run the day-to-day management of multiple English speaking YouTube channels from Cartoon Network shows.
• With the guidance of the Marketing & Digital Manager and YouTube Strategist, implement the publishing calendar, with focus on optimisation for revevenue growth infromed by analitics insights.
• Ensure that all the assets being delivered by other teams are correct, saved on the correct folders and available to be used on time.
• Upload and schedule assets keeping a balance between scheduled and responsive posts.
• Ensure channels adhere to YouTube best practives in a Made for Kids envoirment.
• Keeping up to date with the YouTube platform developments, trends and training.
• Suggest and eventually produce assets to respond to current trends and events.
• Optimise titles, descriptions and keywords to be SEO.
• Reviwing and approving videos, thumbnails and titles.
• Providing regular updates on channel activity and growth.
• Support Marketing & Digital Manager and YouTube Strategist with insights and feedback that can improve workflow and overall results.
• Edintg clips and producing thumbnails if necessary.
Skillsand Experience
• Minimum one year of professional expreince managing multiple YouTube channel for brands.
• Experiecing executing publishing strategies for YouTube.
• Excellent copywrite skills.
• Knowledge of SEO.
• Top organisational and project management skills.
• Experience lieasing with multiple stake holders and producing comprehensive reports.
• Well versed in YouTube analytics and data interpretation.
• Experience with YouTube CMS is a plus.
• Confortable with Premiere Pro and Photoshop for clip cutting and thumbnail composition.
Desirable:
• Entertainment industry experience, preferably including multi-channel TV.
• Experience working in a multinational environment.
• Entrepreneurial in approach.
• Ideal candidate has a natural passion for animation, cartoons and digital storytelling.
• Previous experience working for Made for Kids channels.
Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
