Warner Media France proposes a 6-month internship alongside the Digital and Marketing Department, operating kids and General entertainment channels in English-speaking Africa. The intern will support the Paris-based African team in the management of digital platforms and the implementation of operational marketing for all of its children's and movie channels in this region.

Major Activities

The intern's key missions will be as follows:

• Working alongside the Digital Producer to support the websites and social networks for Cartoon Network, Boomerang, and TNT.

• Planning and uploading of digital content on various platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, website CMS platforms).

• Assisting the digital coordinator with community management, and social conversation tracking

• Tracking the performance of digital platforms via Google/Facebook Analytics and Omniture.

• Coordinating updates of digital properties with the Turner London digital team.

• Drafting creative briefs and closely monitoring development of promotional visuals and campaigns with the internal creative teams.

• Working with channels third-parties/distribution platforms in English-speaking Africa (planning and sending visuals, promotional and editorial materials).

• Assisting the marketing team in the coordination of events and activations alongside our local agency in Africa

• Assisting the marketing team in the coordination of ABL Marketing campaigns

• Assist with sourcing iconography and video material for campaign and trade Mkt activities with third-party partners

• Administrative tasks related to project management planning (document updates, vendor invoices, stock management etc.)

What we require from you:
• Essential: Fluent in English (mother tongue)/ Team-oriented, diligent, and organized
• Desirable: Knowledge of business, marketing, and digital, can communicate orally in french
• Bac +4/5 (Ecole de Commerce/business school, Master) in marketing / communication
• End-of-study or gap-year internship
• Enthusiastic and creative
• Data driven, strong appetite for digital platforms
• Fluent in English, basic in French
• Curious, pro-active and highly organized (attention to details is a must)
• Appreciation of foreign cultures
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite
• Analytics: Google, Youtube and Omniture analytics
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Warner Media France propose un stage de 6 mois au sein du département Digital et Marketing, exploitant des chaînes de divertissement pour enfants et généralistes en Afrique anglophone. Le stagiaire assistera l'équipe afrique basée à Paris dans la gestion des plateformes numériques et la mise en œuvre du marketing opérationnel pour l'ensemble de ses chaînes enfants et cinéma dans cette région.

Missions

• Travailler aux côtés du producteur numérique pour soutenir les sites web et les réseaux sociaux de Cartoon Network, Boomerang et TNT.

• Planification et téléchargement du contenu numérique sur diverses plateformes (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, plateformes CMS des sites web).

• Assister le coordinateur numérique dans la gestion de la communauté, et le suivi des conversations sociales.

• Suivi de la performance des plateformes numériques via Google/Facebook Analytics et Omniture.

• Coordonner les mises à jour des propriétés numériques avec l'équipe numérique de Turner Londres.

• Rédiger les briefs créatifs et suivre de près le développement des visuels et des campagnes promotionnelles avec les équipes créatives internes.

• Travailler avec les canaux tiers/plateformes de distribution en Afrique anglophone (planification et envoi de visuels, de matériel promotionnel et rédactionnel).

• Assister l'équipe marketing dans la coordination d'événements et d'activations avec notre agence locale en Afrique.

• Assister l'équipe marketing dans la coordination des campagnes d'ABL Marketing.

• Aider à la recherche d'iconographie et de matériel vidéo pour les campagnes et les activités du marché commercial avec des partenaires tiers.

• Tâches administratives liées à la planification de la gestion de projet (mise à jour des documents, factures des fournisseurs, gestion des stocks, etc.)

Profil
• Organisé et capable de travailler en équipe,
• Dynamique, créatif, curieux et motivé
• Parfaitement bilingue (ou natif de langue anglaise)
• Français courant
• Bac + 4/5 en marketing /communication
• 1ère expérience en marketing ou digital
• Maitrise du pack office
• La connaissance d'Adobe Creative suite est un plus ainsi que des outils analytiques suivants : Google, Youtube & Omniture

Conditions
• Stage de 6 mois à temps plein à partir d'aout 2021
• Une partie du stage se fera en télétravail
• Remboursement de 50% du Pass Navigo
