Your New Role...
The coordinator is a key member on the Studio Business Operations team and owns several operating areas including Business Operations team administration, studio & credits policies, and cross-functional communication and coordination with creative, production, and overhead teams. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to juggle multiple responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and attention to detail. This is a demanding and fast-paced position that requires a proactive and positive thinker with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and good judgement. Seeking a candidate that is passionate about animation, able to learn new skills quickly, and can be a strategic partner to the VP, Studio Business Operations.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Support the VP, Studio Business Operations in all administrative tasks for the Business Operations and Operations teams, including managing schedules, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing documentation, and taking notes during meetings as needed.
• Develop and maintain studio production credits policies and related documentation, regularly communicate with key stakeholders and senior executives (Production, Business Affairs, Studio Leadership) to obtain/confirm information, keep close track of updates/changes, organize records, and raise issues for discussion as needed.
• Work independently with producers to review, revise, and sign off on show credits as new episodes go through post production. Ability to execute accurately and timely to meet production needs and constantly look for ways to improve the process/workflow to avoid causing production delays, incremental costs, or potential liabilities to the studios.
• Owns aspects of overall studio administration operations, including general studio policies, directories, manuals, special projects, and other tasks as assigned.
• Support the VP in project tracking, industry research, and other one-off tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Experience...
Work Experience
• 3- 5 years of previous Administration, Creative Development, or Paralegal experience.
• Previous production or animation experience a strong plus.
Education
, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
College degree preferred.
Knowledge/Skills
• Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex and changing meetings.
• Skilled at creating presentation materials, documentation, and charts/graphs.
• Strong organizational and data/project management skills, including experience with Microsoft 360, Smartsheet or Airtable.
• Strong, proactive written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge about animation production or development a strong plus.

Pay Range: $42,224.00 - $78,416.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
