The Entertainment Technical Supervisor - Stage/Automation should consistently maintain the highest level of Guest Satisfaction via their responsibility for the safety, operation, and maintenance and staffing for all Stage, Automation, Scenic Element and Prop aspects of the Entertainment Department. Some of the below duties may be delegated to the Entertainment Maintenance Fleet Supervisors - Stage/Automation.
Responsibilities include:
Staffing: Entertainment Technicians and Technical Fleet Supervisors
Operation, Safety and Maintenance of the Stage, Automation, Scenic Elements and Props of the fleet in the following locations: Main Lounge and Large Secondary Lounge
Design and implementation of Entertainment's Stage and Automation refurbishment and system integration to existing entertainment areas
Support the technical installation and integration of Stage, Automation, Scenic Elements and Props for new shows for the fleet as designed by Production Entertainment
Maintain digital backups of Production Show Stage/Automation configuration files.
Storage: Maintenance and inventory of Stage and Automation equipment in Centergate
Safety: Maintain a safe environment for every guest and crewmember who may be in one of the areas listed above (This includes assuring the Entertainment Technicians adhere to the policies set forth in SMS)
Preferred Qualifications:
• In depth familiarization with the Company's Entertainment Product
• Organization
• Interpersonal Communication
• Communication - Written and Verbal
• Computers - Standard Office Use, Maintenance and Repair
• Read Schematics and Technical Drawings
• Electricity, Electronics (component level) and Electro-Mechanical Systems
• Rigging and Scenic of System Design, Safe Rigging Practices, Automated Rigging Use and Programming, Repair and Maintenance of system, consoles and hardware & Carpentry, Painting and Welding
• Some knowledge in Lighting, General Stage Lighting System Operation, Audio & General Audio Set-up and Operation
• Extensive travel required (40%)
