Intern - Artist Management and Development

Qualifications
Must demonstrate good common sense, reliability, organization, and be capable of handling high-pressure situations in a calm manner
Must be resourceful, proactive with good judgment and have a ''can-do'' attitude
Be able to demonstrate discretion and maintain confidentiality
Have a track record of strong task and time management skills with minimal supervision and thoroughness in executing assigned tasks

Preferred Skills and Experience:
Familiarity with social media marketing and analytics (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, SoundCloud, etc.)
Strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills are essential
Photography/photoshop/graphic design is a plus

Job Responsibilities: (Non-Exhaustive):
Work with creative teams to manage and develop assets for artists (press photos, promotion videos, artwork)
Maintain an awareness of the team priorities and obligations in order to proactively assist and/or anticipate needs
Support team in designing and implementing powerful, compelling artist-driven marketing campaigns
Monitor social media platforms, assist with scheduling posts
Assist with social media content curation
Assist with special projects, research, and compiling information as needed
Be present on set to assist with various tasks

Internship Start Date/Season: April 1st, 2023 onwards
Internship Duration: 3-6 months
Time/Days Required: 2 days/week but may vary depending on scope of work
