Below The Line Manager / Department Head

Job interview will be conducted via Zoom. Candidate will be able to work from home, and/or work from the office certain hours on Mondays and Wednesdays. After the pandemic office hours may become more frequent.

An established Talent Management Company is looking to grow our Below The Line Department by adding an experienced Below The Line Manager in a Commission-Only (with generous splits) position. Do not apply if Commission-Only does not work for you.

We currently rep a renowned Visual FX Supervisor who works constantly in Studio Features, Netflix Features, and Sundance Features. We are ready to rep very well-credited Line Producers, Production Designers, Costume Designers etc once you, our department head, join us. We have frequently working contacts waiting for us to be available to rep them.

This is a position that you could apply to if you have worked as a BTL Agent, BTL Manager, or Assistant or other supportive function in a BTL department for at least a year. Please do not apply if you have no BTL experience!

We are seeking a Manager to be the Below The Line Department Head. We need someone to head up this department for us, and continue to build it.

You will work on behalf of our current clients, any clients you bring with you, and any clients you bring in while you are with the company to grow and develop our Below the Line Department.

Up until recently we have primarily been a Talent Management Company focusing on Actors. We rep known Celebrities, Multiple Series Regular Actors, Studio Feature Actors, etc. We are a small but successful company with great ambitions to grow. We are building a corporation with an anti-corporate aesthetic - Professional and refined, but not restrictive, nor negative.
