Vault/Post Production Assistant

Our team is hiring a Vault/Post Production Assistant. Looking for people that are interested in a career in editing.

Overview:
The Vault is where all of our hard drives live, and the Vault manager is the person who is in charge of all the hard drives. This is an entry level position where you learn the basics of post, with opportunities to grow!

Responsibilities:
Managing hard drives:
Checking in and out
Drive runs
Shipping drives
Creating shuttle drives
Managing the server
Managing the website and Instagram account
Managing our FTP
Setting up laptops for Editors, AEs, and Producers
Transcoding footage for Premiere and Avid
Troubleshooting bay or equipment issues

Schedule:
Monday - Friday - start time @ 9AM
Overtime
Possible weekend availability

Requirements:
Must have driver's license and valid insurance
Proof of Covid-19 vaccination
