Full Job Description
Television Scripted Assistant, CAA, Los Angeles, CA.
The Assistant will support an Agent in CAA’s Television Scripted Department representing directors, producers, and writers. This role works closely with departments such as Accounting and Business Affairs and requires a strong interest in scripted television and artist representation.
Responsibilities include managing administrative duties such as handling heavy phones, calendar management, scheduling travel, booking reports, preparing expense reports, and completing additional office-related tasks. The Assistant serves as the first point of contact for clients, Agents, and Executives; provides significant script coverage for client pitches; tracks current and potential clients; proactively reads and engages with material; and assists with special projects, research, and information compilation.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage a high volume of tasks, and communicates clearly with Agents, Executives, and clients while maintaining confidentiality.
