Role Overview:
The Assistant will support Agents in CAA's Television Scripted Department, representing directors, producers, and writers. This role involves managing administrative duties, handling client communication, and providing script coverage. The Assistant will also work with other internal departments, including Accounting and Business Affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage administrative duties, including handling heavy phones, calendar management, travel scheduling, booking reports, and expense reports.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients, agents, and executives.
• Provide script coverage for client pitches and track current and potential clients.
• Read and engage with materials proactively to support agents and clients.
• Assist with special projects, research, and information compilation as needed.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 months of experience as an assistant in an agency, studio, or talent management setting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adept at learning new processes.
• BA/BS from an accredited university or college is preferred.
Compensation:
