Talent Business Ventures supports prolific and entrepreneurial clients in their brand and business-building endeavors, working to develop their overall brand strategy and build scalable, talent-led businesses.
The Role:
The Assistant will support two agents in the Talent Business Ventures department. A general interest in innovation and deal-making is required to be successful in this role. Additionally, this individual should be interested in working with talent across CAA's client roster, with a particular focus on Latin clients and businesses based in Latin America. In addition to general administrative duties, this role would be ideal for someone who has an interest in how entrepreneurial ideas can drive culture, brands, and revenue for CAA and its clients.
Responsibilities:
• Administrative duties include heavy phones, coordinating meetings and schedules in multiple time zones, planning travel, preparing expense reports, and producing correspondence.
• Create and maintain pitch decks and provide market research when needed.
• Research opportunities related to CAA clients and up-and-coming consumer and technology trends.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities for our clients.
• Work collaboratively and cross-departmentally over all verticals of the agency.
Qualifications:
• 10 months + of professional working experience in an administrative or project management capacity.
• BA/BS from an accredited University or College preferred.
• A passion for pop culture, entertainment, and emerging trends.
• An interest in Latin culture and business.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Self-starter and interested in exploring new business opportunities.
• Highly flexible, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong use of PowerPoint required.
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $20.00 - $22.00. This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus.
