Who we are
The Role
The New York office is seeking an Assistant to support two agents based out of New York and Dallas. This role will be involved in the full process of selling sports sponsorships and partnerships. The Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to two Sports Property Sales Executives, aiding in completion of day-to-day tasks, carrying out industry research, conducting business development initiatives, providing assistance within the partnerships sales process. This role could be right for you if you're curious about a career in sales and sports partnerships. The right candidate is also highly organized, detail oriented and thrives on providing a high level of customer service. Assistants are an important part of the CAA structure, and it is hoped that the successful candidate will ultimately become a sponsorship sales Executive within the Property Sales group.
Responsibilities
• Day-to-day support for the team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expenses, answering calls, taking notes during calls, meeting and greeting clients
• General sponsorship market research
• Prospecting new business across emerging companies and industries
• Production of presentations for new business and client meetings
• Manage a high-volume workload and prioritize time-sensitive tasks
• Research and analyze data to create insights and briefings
• General assistance to the team with ongoing projects
Qualifications
• 0-1 years of experience including full-time work or internships
• General interest in, and understanding of, the sports sponsorship sales business
• Administrative experience in scheduling, phone and email correspondence, calendar management, travel and expenses is preferred
• Ability to prioritize a busy workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail oriented and ability to stay organized
• Self-starter who takes initiative to explore and isn't afraid to ask questions
• Professionalism in developing business relationships at all levels
• Ability to work independently & on multiple projects simultaneously while managing strict deadlines.
• Superior organizational skills & attention to detail
• Superior writing, proofreading & editing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and creating presentations is preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other creative applications and project management experience a plus

Salary/Benefits
$20.00 - $22.00 /hour USD
