Senior Creative in Brand Consulting

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Senior Creative (m/w/d) to join our award-winning Euopean team based in Munich working across our incredible portfolio of global sports and entertainment brand. Helping shape and directing the creative output of our Munich office.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a confident self-starter who may already be working as a Senior Creative or looking for a new creative challenge. You're at home creating worldclass campaigns that grab attention and deliver results, a fast thinker who loves nothing more than generating, developing and presenting big ideas and is owning the process from concept through to final delivery. You'll need to bring lots of relevant experience and a portfolio of work that demonstrates how you've used creative thinking to help brands with a wide range of challenges, including digital/social projects, photoshoot and content art direction experience. You should be a master at presenting and selling ideas to both clients and account teams as well as creatively leading newbusiness and pitch opportunities.

As a Senior Creative at CAA Brand Consulting you'll work alongside other Creatives, Designers, our Creative Directors and ECD's in collaboration with our Strategy and Planning team to turn insights into groundbreaking creative concepts. You'll also collaborate with our wider global CAA Brand Consulting creative group on projects and new business pitches.

This is a key creative role for a confident, energetic and ambitious Senior Creative with an entrepenerial mindset who is excited by the opportunity of building and shaping a creative offer and building a team within a fast-paced agency environment.

Main responsibilities to include, but not limited to
• Accountable for delivering high quality strategic creative outputs across all channels. Shaping and directing creative campaigns and determining how our clients' brand shows up across sports and entertainment partnerships. Developing and Presenting creative concepts and campaigns for our brand clients under the guidance of our Creative Directors.
• Lead and participate in idea workshops with clients and internal teams.
• Develop visual and written tone and style for campaigns and activations.
• Building bold, visual storytelling decks that sell your creative ideas and excite audiences.
• Creative direction and art direction of integrated campaign assets
• Collaborate with a wide range of people across the whole agency. Account Management team Strategy and Planning team, Creative Directors, Creatives, Designers, Creative Services as well as sourcing and managing external creative specialists to help sbring our creative vision to life including: film directors, photographers, artists, illustrators, musicians, animators, production companies.
• Presenting ideas to internal teams and clients
• Running and contributing to internal creative inspiration session and workshops.
• Mentoring junior members of the creative team
• Creative lead on new business and pitch opportunities
• Providing creative consultation for clients and account teams

What you'll bring:
• You'll love building and leading BIG ideas and creative campaigns across the sports and entertainment landscape.
• You'll thrive on developing concepts into well rounded integrated campaigns and activations and all the way through to delivery of assets.
• You'll create not just what the brief asks for but what the campaign needs, producing beautifully designed decks that are in line with the project's objectives and requirements.
• You'll recognise the power of words and have the ability to write creative copy for campaigns, social posts and events.
• You'll have expert skills in strategic brand building both in theory and practical delivery, Partnership activations, branding, customer comms, content and social media.
• You'll be a pro at presenting - effectively communicating and selling creative concepts and BIG ideas to colleagues, clients and stakeholders. (Both in German and English)
• You'll have expert design craft and technical awareness across Adobe CC and Microsoft software packages.
• You'll be able to quickly communicate your ideas through words, mock up visuals, scamps, art direction and storyboards.
• You'll bring hands on knowledge and experience of art directing 360 campaign deliveries from start to finish with big recognisable brands.
• You'll love working collaboratively with Creative Directors, Designers, Artworkers and other creative specialists across all global regions where needed.
• You'll have a keen eye for detail and are able to proofread, spell, edit and handle copy accurately. (Both in German and English)
• You'll possess good commercial awareness, ensuring that the creative vision is relevant and achievable throughout all processes of project delivery.
• You'll have your finger on the pulse and have up-to-date knowledge of social, pop-cultural and industry trends.
• You'll have the drive and ambition to help us grow and shape the Munich Brand Consulting Creative team.
• You'll be able to multi-task, seamlessly bringing your creativity to multiple projects at any one time.
• You'll lead and inspire others to think creatively and build ideas.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• You'll have 5+ years at senior creative in creative agencies, partnership marketing agencies, or similar environments. Experience across sports and entertainment and partnership marketing is a must.
• An impressive portfolio of work that demonstrates your creativity and ability to work seamlessly and intelligently across numerous marketing channels. With a strong focus on global sport and entertainment clients.
• Confident presentation skills, verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail in both GERMAN AND ENGLISH IS MANDATORY
• A design practitioner who is inspired by the visual world around them, past and present.
• An impressive portfolio of work that demonstrates your creativity and ability to work across numerous marketing channels.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with a proactive can-do attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build new relationships quickly
• Must have an organised and detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Understanding and working experience of partnership marketing
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously
