The London office is seeking an Assistant to join their Music Touring Legal & Business Affairs team. In this role, you will be responsible for administration and will support the Business Affairs team including formatting and comparing documents, filing, diary management, meeting and conference call bookings, travel arrangements and expenses, and presentations, as well as ad hoc project work.
Reporting to the Music Business Affairs Executive, the role would suit someone who has strong organisational skills, the ability to multi-task, and is personable.
RESONSIBILITIES
• Act as a first point of contact: organising and confirming meetings, phone calls and providing general support.
• Administering and filing documentation.
• Comparing Word documents and PDFs.
• Preparing training materials and presenting internally to ensure company best practices.
• Carrying out research.
• Preparing legal letters.
• Supporting the Music Business Affairs Executive with inbound queries.
• Organising travel and processing expenses.
• General Business Affairs support.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and approachable attitude.
• Good IT skills, particularly Word, Adobe, Powerpoint and Excel.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Previous experience as an EA.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Confident and flexible approach to taking on new tasks.
• Confidential and discrete approach.
• An interest in the live music industry is advantageous.
