Job Overview:
CAA is seeking an Assistant, Music Tour Marketing to support an Executive in the department. The role involves administrative tasks such as coordinating schedules, preparing expense reports, and supporting tour marketing initiatives. The Assistant will liaise with concert promotion companies (Live Nation, AEG, etc.), manage pre-sale and on-sale launches, and act as a communication bridge between clients, managers, and industry partners.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Executive
• Maintain and update the Executive's calendar
• Conduct market research as needed
• Manage pre-sale and on-sale grids and launches
• Handle guest lists and internal ticket requests
• Act as a liaison between clients, buyers, and agents
• Provide quality control for artist websites, ticketing links, and social media accounts
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
