This is a Full Time Job
COORDINATOR ROLE (INNOVATION/FOUNDATION)
1. Provide light admin support which could include coordinating meetings, travel, and phone support
2. Provide event support in the ideation, planning and on-site execution of CAA branded events, including but not limited to Offsites, Retreat, Amplify, and Cultural activations
3. Assist in the creation and maintenance of the Innovation groups cultural programs and initiatives
4. Support Executives in the development and implementation of philanthropic strategies in support of client interests
5. Ideate, develop, and implement high-impact employee volunteer and engagement programs that align with department priorities at local, regional, and global levels, including but not limited to our annual City Year Service Day, Principal for a Day, and Reading Programs
6. Serve as an ambassador for the Foundation and help activate CSR strategy at the regional level
7. Create communication and input data into Salesforce to track growth of events, engagement, and impact
8. Maintain and deepen relationships with non-profit organization partners (i.e., Communities in Schools, Pencil Foundation, Partner Schools)
9. Support the implementation of high-impact employee engagement programs and events including but not limited to Cheer Week, Halloween, Holiday activities
