CAA is seeking an assistant to support the IT Regional Manager and Business Technology Solutions (BTS) lead for Sports. The IT Regional Manager is part of the IT Leadership Team and is responsible for delivering excellence in all global and regional offices. The BTS lead for Sports is part of the IT Leadership Team and is responsible for managing relationships and delivering technology solutions for the Sport's business units in Eastern US and Europe.
Responsibilities
• Administrative Assistant duties such as managing busy phones, calendars, filing, as well as travel and expenses
• Daily management – accuracy in booking and arranging of Calendar meetings and Contacts
• Field calls from both Executives on a rolling basis. Keeping an accurate call log for both incoming and outgoing calls, as well as following up on outstanding calls
• Learn and grow skills in process design and implementation, budgeting, vendor management, present value analysis, strategy analysis and documentation, project management, speechwriting, and more
• Maintain the utmost discretion in working with sensitive and confidential information
• Daily interaction with regional IT staff
• Compile and maintain reports
• Create PowerPoint presentations
• Record accurate meeting minutes and notes
Qualifications
• Must be able to multitask and be able to manage conflicting priorities and have a proactive approach to problem solving
• Strong interest in growing business knowledge (either within IT or our Sports division)
• Superlative interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Must be hardworking with a strong desire to learn
• Goal-oriented with high standards for quality, efficiency and performance
• Ability to relate and work closely with all levels of staff, management, vendors and outside personnel
• Ability to solve problems, take ownership and accountability
• Maintain calm under pressure
• Must learn quickly, work independently, and have follow up skills
• Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Bachelor's degree required
