The Role
CAA is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join its HR team in Nashville, TN. The HRBP is responsible for the day-to-day human resources needs for client groups located Nashville, New York and Washington, D.C. in addition to formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to leadership and employees.
Responsibilities
• Work with relevant stakeholders to help support people programs and strategies that enhance our culture including: performance management, compensation, talent development and feedback, employee engagement and retention, and internal communications
• Provide coaching/guidance on skill and professional development, career pathing and leveling, change management, and complex people situations
• In partnership with the Senior HRBP, assist in identifying and advising leadership on the development needs of their teams
• Assist in streamlining people processes across multiple locations to ensure consistency
• Build excellent working relationships across the business
• Oversee the new hire orientation and onboarding experience
• Gain solid understanding of CAA's business, objectives, employees, and culture
• Approach people matters with an eye toward compliance and reducing risk; help build and apply HR policies and manage employee relations issues
Qualifications
• 3+ years' experience and 1+ year of HRBP experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills with the ability to build relationships and influence in a manner that drives results at all levels of the organization
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to partner with and coach business leaders
• Expertise across multiple HR disciplines, including Employee Relations, Performance Management, Coaching and Talent Development
Location
• This role is based out of the Nashville office
• Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office per week)
Compensation: The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $86,000 - $107,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
