Human Resources Coordinator

For our Munich office we are looking for an HR Coordinator (m/w/d) to support the HR-Manager during day-to-day tasks and take over the recruiting and support for early careers / interns.

THE ROLE
• Support with the employee lifecycle from recruiting, onboarding, engagement to offboarding .
• Responsible for ''Early Careers'' Recruiting : You are in charge for the job posting, shortlisting and first of interviews and the hiring process for all interns. You work in close collaboration with the departments .
• Organisation of career events for our internship program .
• Administrative HR work .
• Support of the HR-Manager in day-to-day tasks .
• Responsible for a smooth onboarding process .
• Absence management .
• Support of employees in all matters .
• Support with preparational payroll.
