Communicate company core values, mission and vision to all staff to ensure these values are driven down through all levels. Manage the employee's life cycle process including on/off-boarding arrangement, new comer orientation, people movement, probation management, contract renewal, performance review. Handle payroll administration, expatriates' support, annual leave management, enrolments into benefits plan, financial reports. Create, update and maintain the employee files/database in Workday and local filing. Managing and performing the recruitment process. Manage and support the general Admin related affairs.
Requirements: Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines. At least 4 years of solid work experience in HR filed. Good command in both spoken and written English, Mandarin speaking is a must. Strong work ethics and unquestionable confidentiality and integrity. A good team player with strong personality, results-driven, hardworking, attention to details, hands-on working style, able to perform in a fast-paced working environment and embrace changes.
