HR-Coordinator (m/w/d)

Job Description

You are eager to take a look behind the scenes of the entertainment and sports industry and support our HR team with your know-how? We are looking for an HR Coordinator (m/w/d) for our Munich office as soon as possible, who enjoys teamwork and a creative environment.

The task:
• Support in the recruiting process: creation and publication of job advertisements, applicant management, organization and execution of interviews – also for creative and sports-related positions.
• Responsibility for recruiting in the "Early Careers" area: responsibility for the hiring of interns.
• Organization of career events for our internship program.
• Support and advice for employees and managers in all personnel-related questions.
• Maintenance and management of employee master data as well as support in the creation of employment contracts, artist contracts, references, and certificates.
• Support the HR manager in day-to-day business.
• Care and coordination of the onboarding of new employees.
• Absence management and other administrative tasks.
• Support in the preparatory payroll accounting.

What should you bring?
• Completed vocational training in the field of human resources or a degree in human resource management, business administration, and first professional experience in human resources.
• Basic knowledge of German labor law and personnel economic processes.
• Experience with HR software solutions such as Workday.
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a structured, independent way of working.
• Discretion and a sense of responsibility in dealing with sensitive data.
• German and English at a high level (at least C1 or comparable), additional language skills are an advantage.
