CAA is seeking a Leader, Office of the CIO to join its Technology team and support the Head of Technology Governance and Chief of Staff. This Executive will partner to drive the CIO's strategic vision and ensure it is carried out in a controlled manner. The incumbent will be responsible for key operational rhythms and processes as well as crafting a holistic view of the operational mechanics of the Technology organization. The incumbent will also lead or partner on special projects driven by the Head of Technology Governance and the CIO across all areas of technology including managing, planning and facilitating leadership team meetings and offsites by formulating topics to cover, building and advising agendas, securing speakers, guiding the discussion and driving insights into action. In addition, the incumbent will oversee key communications and reporting across all levels of the organization to drive impactful internal and external messaging and content, and will champion the technical learning and development objectives of the team, while supporting the Head of Technology Governance and the CIO in organizing and inspiring the Technology organization.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business, technology or similar field, MBA preferred
• 5+ years of management consulting, business development, program/project management and/or strategy experience
• Ability to partner with and appropriately challenge senior leaders across the enterprise
• Proficiency at translating business and tech priorities into strategies that can be practically implemented to help the business achieve its priorities
• Strong ability to communicate cross functionally and with multiple stakeholders
• Capability to guide the technology organization through small and large scale change initiatives by developing and utilizing change management tools and approaches
• Strong operational excellence skills
• Ability to deliver results, and build structure and process, in a highly dynamic and ambiguous environment
• Ability to build relationships and influence in a manner that drive results at all levels of the organization
• Extremely comfortable turning data into insights that drive corporate development decisions
• Experience working directly in a Technology organization (preferred)
Job Location
Los Angeles, California, United States
Compensation: The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $150,000-$220,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
