Job Description
The Role
The ideal candidate should be motivated, articulate, quick-thinking and open to working in an environment where he/she is capable of performing administrative tasks. The individual should be flexible, highly organized and have the ability to juggle multiple projects that require tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
Administrative duties include answering phones, coordinating meetings and schedules, preparing expense reports, producing correspondence, special projects and personal assistance as needed. In addition to the administrative duties, this role will also assist in the content management of the company intranet and traffic management of creative assets that require approvals throughout the agency.
Qualifications
• BA/BS Degree
• Internship preferably within the entertainment industry
• Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must have prior experience with Adobe InDesign and comfortable with creating basic ads using the brand guidelines
• CMS experience is preferred
• Must possess strong organizational and communication skills
• Must possess the ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy
• Must have the ability to meet deadlines, and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Team oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Professional and mature demeanor
