The Department
CAA's Commercial Endorsements department creates global opportunities for the world's leading talent within the commercial space which includes: TV commercials, print ads, digital campaigns, social media campaigns, voiceover, and other media driven initiatives that connect our clients with brands.
The Role
The Assistant will provide support to the executive within the Commercial Endorsements department who provides creative services for the entire group. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional eye for detail, a passion for talent across the entertainment industry, and the ability to create and edit design and written content.
Responsibilities
• Serve as point of contact with agents, managers, PR representatives for talent and content updates
• Track client social media accounts, and flag any updates
• Create and edit content, including copy writing, creating decks and one sheets
• Manage all creative files
• Stay up-to-date on current events within the entertainment landscape
• Some general office management tasks
Qualifications
• 10 months of professional experience in advertising, marketing, social media, or design strongly preferred
• Strong command of Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office suite, and video editing software required
• Attention to detail, strong organization and problem solving skills are a must
• An understanding of PR/Media preferred; curiosity and continual learning about press and media required
• Design and layout skills preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects and expectations
• Strong interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality
• Team oriented and able to confidently communicate and collaborate with employees at all levels
Education
• BFA/BA/BS from an accredited University or College preferred
