We are looking for a Creative Artworker to join our growing Design team. Reporting to the Senior Creative Lead, and working closely with the existing Digital Designers and the wider 'Design & Analysis' team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets using established design templates and adhering to brand guidelines.
This is a production-focused role that would suit someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working within structured design systems. While a passion for football is a bonus, the core of this role is about accurate execution, consistency, and bringing creative concepts to life in their final, deliverable form.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reproduce and adapt design assets based on existing templates for digital and print platforms
• Ensure artwork adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all deliverables
• Prepare print-ready and digital files, ensuring correct formatting, resolution, and technical specs
• Implement design amends and feedback quickly and accurately
• Perform thorough quality checks on all artwork before final delivery
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure assets meet creative and technical requirements
• Manage multiple artwork tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Maintain a well-organised file structure and version control across projects
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Solid experience producing digital assets such as social media graphics, presentations visuals, and other on-screen formats - using existing templates and design systems
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with working knowledge of After Effects being a plus
• An exceptional eye for pixel-perfect alignment, consistency in styling, and on-brand execution across all screen-based assets
• Confident working within established visual templates and brand guidelines
• Presentation Design Experience. Ability to produce clean, visually engaging presentation decks using branded templates in PowerPoint and InDesign
• Strong understanding of correct formatting, resolution, file sizes, colour modes and export settings for web, mobile, social platforms and presentations
• Comfortable juggling multiple digital asset requests at once while delivering high-quality work within fast turnaround times
• Works well with designers, video/data analysts, and other departments - taking feedback constructively and implementing changes efficiently
• Maintains a structured approach to file naming, version control, and asset management for digital workflows
• A proactive and dependable team player who is always willing to help others, support the wider team, and contribute positively to a collaborative work environment
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
• Educated to a Design Degree Level
• Experience with Motion Graphics: Basic skills in Adobe After Effects to support animated digital assets
• Presentation Design Experience using PowerPoint and InDesign
• Fluent in English with additional language skills (e.g. Italian / German / Spanish / Portuguese / French)
• Football or Sports Industry Familiarity
• Experience in Fast-Paced Environments
