The Corporate Communications department manages global external communications on behalf of CAA, including media relations, speaking engagements, advertising, social media, and events. In addition, the department manages internal communications worldwide, including company announcements and meetings. The department also includes a Digital Marketing team, overseeing CAA's social media and web presence, and a Creative Services team of video editors and graphic designers.
The world's leading full-service entertainment, media, and sports agency is seeking an Assistant to support the Corporate Communications department. The ideal candidate should be motivated, quick-thinking, and open to working in an environment where they are capable of performing administrative tasks. The individual should be flexible, highly organized, and have the ability to multi-task.
Administrative duties include media monitoring, maintaining critical databases, preparing expense reports, producing correspondence, special projects, and individual assistance, as needed.
Qualifications
• BA/BS Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
• Internship experience within the entertainment industry highly valued
• Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Compensation
