Job Description
Company Programs Manager
The Role:
This role is focused on spearheading educational partnerships and assisting in programs that drive employee engagement. This job will require maintaining relationships with a range of external partners in the non-profit and entertainment industries, as well as many internal teams at CAA.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the Task Force (LA, NYC, LON, NASH) service events and oversee the annual Task Force Parties, which raise money for our nonprofit partners
• manage office-wide service initiatives in our largest offices that include Los Angeles, New York and Nashville
• Project manage all aspects of CAMP CAA which includes fundraising, recruiting, coordinating and implementing in Los Angeles and New York
• Manage CAA scholars
• Create volunteer recruitment materials, such as flyers and sign-up sheets, and oversee volunteer registration
• Tracks and monitors the impact of foundation grants and of employee volunteer hours in the community
• Manage all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
• Proactively coordinate within a fast-paced, quickly changing environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Assist with various administrative and support duties as assigned
• Available to work a limited number of events on weekends and before and after normal business hours
• Manage and maintain foundation database systems (under construction)
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 or more years of relevant corporate responsibility and/or non-profit experience required.
• Corporate programming experience highly desired
• Project management skills
• Entertainment and Sports popular culture interest and knowledge.
• Must be detail-oriented and extremely organized.
• Excellent customer service, writing, research and communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels including senior leadership
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Must be adept at problem-solving and thinking quick on his/her feet.
• Must maintain a strict level of confidentiality if dealing with high profile clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Education:
• Minimum BA/BS from an accredited University or College required.
