The Department
Brand Studio is a 360º branding agency born out of CAA. We Believe Brands are Values in Motion. We work with iconic talent and iconic brands to bring exciting concepts to market. We leverage opportunities to grow our client's businesses by designing new brand concepts. Whether it's spearheading a cultural initiative through a compelling call to action or realizing a client's business objectives through brand positioning and IP creation, our studio crafts branded narratives that unlock communities and place discovery and affinity at the core.
The Role
The Brand Studio department is looking for a Junior Designer with agency or in-house experience to support branded digital execution.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic and organized team player who can bring a growth mindset to branding projects across digital execution. This person will have a passion to see design assignments to their fullest potential while delivering clear and well-produced design assets on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
• Create digital assets, graphics, and videos for social media platforms, specifically Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest.
• Assist senior designers on roll out of branded programs and production assets.
• Work within strategic design briefs to create production assets in branded applications.
• Communicate design parameters and support strategic brand development across all department projects.
• Organize and own workflows across the team and collaborate to maintain best practices throughout the creative development process.
• Will assist in the design and production of both packaging and ''swag''.
Qualifications • 1+ years of relevant experience, working with brands with a focus on digital platforms.
• Proficient knowledge of typography, color, layout as well as Adobe Suite Programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD). Figma experience is a plus.?
• Additional proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Keynote recommended.
• Ability to meet daily deadlines and be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.?
• Must possess strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must possess the ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Location
This role will be based in the Los Angeles office on a hybrid schedule.
Compensation
The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $23.00-28.00. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
