The Role
CAA is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the President in our Brand Management division. This position will provide executive level administrative support for the President. The Assistant plays a critical role within the team and requires a highly organized individual with strong interpersonal skills and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience working with senior/executive management, the ability to multi-task, think critically, operate efficiently, while exuding a sense of calm in a fast pace environment.
Responsibilities
• Maintaining and coordinating the Executive's extensive domestic and international business travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, reservations
• Managing calendars and booking and rescheduling multiple meetings, in multiple time zones, and understanding dependencies between meetings
• Proactively ensure tasks are being followed up and executed in a timely manner
• Preparing the Executive's expense report and managing department invoices
• Ability to work flexible hours (some early mornings/evenings)
• Assisting with research, and compiling information as needed
• Maintaining the company office in Miami and handling minimal duties relating to office management and oversight.
Qualifications
• BA/BS from an accredited University or College preferred
• 5+ years of executive assistant experience
• Detail-oriented and extremely organized
• Unimpeachable integrity and ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Adept at problem solving and thinking quick on his/her feet
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Critical thinker and extremely proactive
Location
This role will be based in our Miami Beach, Florida office.
Compensation
The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $28.00 - 39.00. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
