Creative Artists Agency (CAA), is the world's leading full service entertainment, media, and sports agency. We represent many of the most successful professionals working in television, film, music, theatre, video games, sports, and digital content. We also provide a range of strategic and marketing consulting services to corporate clients.
The Role
The CAA Social Impact team services outside entities that wish to establish or improve their social impact, using resources to bring their social mission to life. We advise clients in this area through a process of discovering where their philanthropic passions lie and understanding where they want to effect change. CAA then designs a comprehensive, start-to-finish strategy that can shift principles into action. The Social Impact Assistant will provide administrative support as well as ad hoc support for the entire team. Assistants are an important part of the CAA structure, and it is hoped that the successful candidate will ultimately become an Executive within the company.
Responsibilities
• Administrative support, including phones and calendar management, travel arrangements, expenses, meeting and greeting clients
• General market research as required on: Competitors, Brands, Territories, Legislation and Events
• Filtering media reports as relevant to the wider team
• New business pitch presentation preparation
• Production of presentations for client meetings
• General assistance to the team with ongoing projects
Qualifications
• BA/BS from an accredited University or College preferred
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Marketing and Brands preferred
• Background in Corporate Social Responsibility strongly preferred
• General understanding of the nature of a talent agency
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service, writing, research, and communications skills
• Must be adept at problem solving and thinking quick on his/her feet
• Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality when dealing with high profile clients
