Leveraging our deep relationships and influence with studios, networks, labels, leagues, teams, venues, events, media, and content platforms, we provide a range of strategic and marketing consulting services to corporate clients around their entertainment & sports strategies.
The Role
The Account Assistant will support an account in CAA's Brand Consulting department in Los Angeles, specifically providing support for highly matrixed telecom and entertainment client. This individual should have a general interest in event sponsorships, experiential and grassroots marketing, pop culture, and the entertainment industry.
Responsibilities
• Administrative duties include phones, coordinating meetings and schedules, preparing expense reports, producing correspondences, travel booking/coordinating, special projects assistance as needed.
• Attend team meetings, build agendas, take and distribute internal and client-ready notes.
• Build and maintain pitch decks and provide market research when needed.
• Research opportunities related to CAA clients and emerging technology trends.
• Assist in identifying incremental revenue streams for our clients.
• Work collaboratively and cross-departmentally over all verticals of the agency, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Qualifications
• BA/BS from an accredited University or College strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of and passion for marketing, events, and brands.
• Self- starter and interested in exploring new business opportunities – someone who is genuinely interested in the event, experiential and field marketing industry.
• Highly flexible, highly organized, and able to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and can balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with strong use of PowerPoint required.
• Familiarity in/basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator & basic HTML is a plus.
• Collaborative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and strategic problem solver who has a pulse on tech, digital & social trends.
• On-site field marketing/brand ambassador experience a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Compensation
• The base hourly rate for this position is $22.00. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
