This is a Full Time Job
The Assistant will provide support to two senior executives focused on helping connect our businesses and people worldwide, as well as strengthen our culture through professional development and employee programs. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset, is good at thinking through creative solutions to problem solving, along with generating ideas to improve upon the overall employee experience. Strong interest in corporate event planning and employee programming is preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Administrative duties including handling phones, calendar management for multiple calendars, scheduling travel, preparing expense reports, and general office management
• Maintain an awareness of the Executive's obligations (internal and external) in order to proactively assist and/or anticipate needs
• Facilitating and coordinating logistics for employee committees, along with a variety of company events (i.e. annual company retreat)
• Heavy involvement with research and strategy projects, including compiling information as needed, in addition to creating presentation decks to be presented to high level executives across the company
• Project management for year-long internal and external programs
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative assistant experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to work well under pressure; meet tight deadlines; manage multiple projects and expectations; and maintain a sharp focus while managing competing priorities
• Attention to detail and strong organization skills are a must
• Outgoing and able to effectively communicate and interact with employees at all levels
• Adept at quickly learning new processes, technology, and ability to assimilate oneself and become familiar with existing systems
• Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint , Word and Outlook
• Keynote experience helpful but not required
• Experience handling event planning and logistics, a plus
Education:
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred
