Job Description
The Role: The Assistant will provide administrative support for the Head of CAA's Business Development department. Specifically, this role will support a senior level Executive that leads new business creation, technology business representation/support and capital investments. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about new technology and early-stage innovation and can provide administrative support. Responsibilities
/Administrative duties include:
• Answering phones and creating call lists
• Coordinating meetings and schedules
• Preparing expense reports
• Booking travel
• Producing correspondence
• Creating PowerPoint or Keynote presentations
• Research as needed
• Additional special projects
Qualifications:
• BA/BS from an accredited University or College required
• 1-2 years of professional working experience in an administrative or project management capacity
• Interest in investment banking, technology and entrepreneurship
• Ability to anticipate needs and execute time sensitive matters in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
• Ability to work well under pressure; meet tight deadlines
• Ability to be flexible with work hours
• Strong organizational and communication skills; written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong professional interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality is a must
• Must be solutions oriented
• Must be able to thrive in team-oriented and autonomous working environments
• Computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
