• Manage the talent process from start to finish, from initial selection to final asset delivery
• Create content plans (EOPS), manage production, attend shoots and oversee distribution on PR and social channels
• Provide counsel to clients and colleagues on digital and social best practice
• Use data and analytics to identify, measure and evaluate talent and influencer partnerships
• Produce campaign reports to demonstrate ROI and business impact, and oversee coverage monitoring led by an Account Executive
• Build strong and trusting relationships with clients, rights holders, talent and agents
• Remain up-to-date with consumer behaviours, industry trends and technology innovations
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Passion for connecting brands to culture through strategic partnerships in sport and entertainment
• Experience delivering communication campaigns for brands across digital, social and PR channels
• Proven track record working with talent (celebs, ambassadors, athletes, influencers etc)
• Experience planning, developing and executing digital and social content (in all forms)
• Strong copywriting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
