Job Description
Creative Artists Agency is seeking an Account Manager to be a part of the Brand Consulting Group's division at their Marina del Rey, CA office.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead and support Agency Team as they handle clients' high-profile property relationships with teams and venues across various categories with a focus on the financial brand space
• Lead partnership assets including on-site activation, brand ambassador management, talent appearances, event production, in-game promotions, hospitality events, content shoots, contests, social programs, press events, creative assets, and contract negotiations, among other aspects of partnership management
• Event Execution: Produce all elements of client and partner events. Management and execution of event elements related to creative production, ticket allocations, promotional vehicles (social sweepstakes, E-blasts, etc.)
• Be responsible for the distribution of event tickets and hospitality executions. Handle Ticket Bank allocations and ensure ticket communication is provided to the respective client, property stakeholder(s), guest(s), and sweepstake winners (if applicable)
• Project manage creative and content approvals on brand and team assets across partners (client, team and property points of contact) on tight deadlines
Requirements include:
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in integrated marketing, including client and partnership management
• Experience in leading venue/team partnerships
• Ability to own and lead projects
• Ability to influence through oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in presenting in front of senior-level clients and internal leadership team
• Creative problem solver with a passion for branding, marketing, social and events that thrives in fast-paced environments prioritizing multiple shifting priorities
• Knowledge of financial services / personal finance vertical a plus
• Highly proficient at Google Drive (G-Drive), MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel
• Ability to build and manage a budget, including vendor invoices, billing cycles, various programs, and partners.
• Produce and distribute monthly and event-specific activation recaps for client reporting for all sports and entertainment partnership activities.
• Experience in combining strategic thinking with tactical execution to drive brand customer acquisition through partnerships and beyond.
