THE POSITION
Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid Internship Program offers real-world exposure for students interested in the live entertainment industry. Throughout the program, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the live event business while applying your academic knowledge to real-world situations. You'll also strengthen your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills along the way.
This part-time position requires 15–20 hours per week. Interns are expected to work in our Austin office Tuesday through Thursday, so please ensure your availability aligns with these days. The internship runs through the Summer and Fall semesters, beginning June 23, 2026, and concluding November 19, 2026.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Perform administrative tasks online and assist with a variety of duties around the office
• Update spreadsheets
• Take inventory and order supplies
• Assist with monthly birthday gift distribution and ordering
• Engage with employees across departments more than other internships, as this department focuses on serving the company
• Provide support for company events led by the Director of Culture & Operations and the four committees that are essential to C3. Some events take place inside the office, while others occur offsite
• Assist the Director as needed, particularly as the office undergoes renovations during the summer
• Gain exposure to production through the Director's role as Talent Buyer and lead over the kids' areas at our large festivals
• Provide general administrative support as needed

• Develop an understanding of the entertainment industry's cultural landscape and apply this knowledge to daily office operations and cross-department collaboration
• Strengthen organizational, communication, and time-management skills while demonstrating professionalism, initiative, and accountability in a fast-paced work environment
• Support the Director of Culture & Operations in fostering a positive workplace culture by assisting with administrative coordination and contributing to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency
