C3 Presents - Brand Partnerships Intern
THE POSITION
Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid Internship Program offers real-world exposure for students interested in the live entertainment industry. Throughout the program, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the live event business while applying your academic knowledge to real-world situations. You'll also strengthen your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills along the way.
This part-time position requires 15–20 hours per week. Interns are expected to work in our Austin office Tuesday through Thursday, so please ensure your availability aligns with these days. The internship runs through the Summer and Fall semesters, beginning June 23, 2026, and concluding November 19, 2026.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Source and build targeted lists of emerging brands to identify and evaluate potential sponsorship opportunities
• Participate in team meetings to gain exposure to and learn the day-to-day operations of sponsorship planning and execution
• Assist with maintaining and updating internal decks and sponsorship resources
• Contribute creative and on-trend ideas for brand activations, premiums, and fan engagement experiences
• Provide on-site support at local festivals as needed (ACL, Austin Food & Wine, etc.)
• Provide general administrative support as needed
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
• Understand the full sponsorship lifecycle: prospecting to execution and retention
• Gain exposure to all areas of the sponsorship team (sales, ops, marketing, ticketing)
• Learn how brands show up in live events and build meaningful activations
• Build a foundation in the live events and sponsorship industry

• Ability to bring a personal laptop to the office
