Job Description:
C3 Presents - Premium Experiences Coordinator
THE JOB
The Premium Experiences Coordinator will assist the Premium Experiences team with day-to-day operations including vendor contracts, budgets, general administrative support, and office management on-site at select festivals.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Provide general administrative support for Premium department and Director of Revenue
• Participate in planning and ideation of the premium experiences at festivals
• Vendor Management
• Research and outreach to vendors in each festival market
• Manage the contract process – from start to finish and ensure payment of all vendors. Provide regular status updates on all vendors.
• Budget Assistance for all festivals
• Submit invoices into company accounting software
• Work with festival show leads to maintain budget tracker per festival
• Manage supply orders for each festival
• Travel to select festivals to assist Premium team with on-site office management
• Compile post festival reports and participate in festival postmortems
• Coordinate with other departments, as needed
• Other duties as needed
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Must be highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Resourceful, solution-oriented, and able to maintain a positive attitude in high-stress situations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with personable and professional disposition
• Flexibility in work hours and availability, especially during major projects and events; some holidays, weekends, and early morning/evening hours will apply
• Ability and desire to travel as needed
