C3 Presents - ECommerce Manager
The Merchandise Department oversees the merchandise programs for all festivals owned in whole or part by C3 Presents. The Ecommerce Manager reports to the Senior Merchandise Manager.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy, including setting goals, KPIs, and a roadmap for the ecommerce channel's growth.
• Take full ownership of the ecommerce channel, ensuring it aligns with the merchandise department's overall business objectives and each festival's brand strategy.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple Shopify stores dedicated to music festivals, including product uploads, content creation, order processing, and customer service.
• Own and manage the promotional calendar for product launches, discounts, and special campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative and planning teams to ensure all necessary inventory, product assets, and website content are in place for product launches.
• Coordinate with fulfillment partner to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of orders; monitor fulfillment partner performance and address any issues while implementing improvements and streamlining order fulfillment.
• Maintain a focus on exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquires, resolving issues, and providing solutions that enhance the user experience.
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to create compelling campaigns that support ecommerce product launches through effective marketing strategies.
• Create and manage the ecommerce budget, including expenses and revenue projections.
• Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging ecommerce technologies and make recommendations for new tools that support usability and functionality.
Skills
and abilities:
• 5 – 7 years of experience in ecommerce preferably with Shopify.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
• Ability to think conceptually and work cross-departmentally to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management and team communication tools such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Slack and all Office products
• Detail oriented with strong follow through - able to organize and prioritize multiple projects.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours.
