By Margeaux offers full-service casting and talent management based between NY/LA, working with clients worldwide. Focusing on editorial, print and commercial advertising, By Margeaux has unique access to new faces, street scouts, and artists, as well as established relationships with model agencies around the world.

We are looking for a someone who is incredibly organized, a great communicator and thrives in a fast paced environment. We represent about 45 talent that you would be helping to manage the day to day schedules for. Some days there are 100 emails coming in within an hour that you will need to know how to keep track of and know how to speak to clients + talent in a quick and professional manner. We need someone with a great eye who considers themselves a hustler. You should have a strong work ethic, minimalistic/artistic aesthetic, be efficient, and good with all things photo and computer. As much as this job is creative, truly 99% of the job is e-mailing, phone calls, admin work, following up with talent for castings and will often require you to check your phone nights and weekends for call sheets etc. Please only apply if you are comfortable and experienced with this kind of work. Someone with experience assisting agents already is ideal but we're open!

Right now I'm looking for someone on a part time basis. Likely 2-3x a week but would like someone open to coming on full-time. All work will be remote for now. There is definitely room for growth as the company as the agency is only 2 years old and growing rapidly.

Candidates should live (or plan to live in the near future) in NYC.
